Users experiencing significant service interruptions may be eligible for service credits, as detailed in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carbon GPT, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or any infringement by you or any third party using your account of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

8. Termination and Suspension

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current subscription period, after which access to the system will be terminated. If you hold an organization subscription, all users within your organization will lose access to the organization’s data in the system.

Your data will be retained unless you submit a request for deletion. Retaining your data allows you to restore your account and access your data if you choose to re-subscribe in the future.

9. Modifications to the Service

Carbon GPT reserves the right to modify or update the services provided. A change log of updates will be available to users, with updates communicated one week before they are implemented. This will allow users to review and prepare for any changes to the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

18. Contract Activation

A contract between Carbon GPT and the user is considered entered into once Carbon GPT activates the user’s account following account creation, or when the user accepts a specific written offer by Carbon GPT to conclude a contract.
