Set up first

• Clients — each financial asset belongs to a client company.

What you can do

• Browse every asset in one table: client, asset class, business unit, score, financed emissions, intensity, attribution %, sector, MSIC code, outstanding amount, property value, floor area and year, with totals at the bottom.
• Search by client company name, and use Filters to narrow by Reporting Year, Asset Class, Sector, Sector Category, Business Unit or Data Quality Score.
• Export to Excel downloads the table.
• Open an asset to see its details and a step-by-step Calculation Breakdown.
• Edit an asset's Reporting Year, Outstanding Amount or Business Unit.

How to check and update an asset

1. Find the asset

Search by client company name, or click Filters and narrow the list by year, asset class, sector, business unit or score.

2. Read the calculation

Click a row to open the asset. Asset Details show its emission intensity, financed emissions, Data Quality Score and company data. Calculation Breakdown shows each step: the emission factor, the attribution factor, the emissions it is applied to, and the result.

3. Correct the asset data

Click Edit to change the Reporting Year, Outstanding Amount or Business Unit, then click Save Changes. Click Cancel to leave the asset as it was.
